unnatural blur
A slightly feverish day was spent in York. Great town. I'm not sure if it's just getting off campus that's exciting, but so far the excursions have gone very well.
We went for the sightsonic digital arts festival - mainly for work by Paul Kaiser .
This piece was part of an exhibit in a church called "a light crescendo" - all works dealing wtih light and sculpture in one way or another. Just outside the exhibit was this piece: Unnatural 1999 by Shaun Pickard. Perfectly sums up the juxtaposition of the historic town and avant-garde techno art. And all the other wild clashes going on in my brain these days. Things I miss, things i don't miss. New experiences, old feelings, new feelings. Looking ahead and looking back.
